For high-performance hardware solutions, Reconn Solutions sources and assembles specialized equipment tailored to client specifications. Clients are responsible for proper installation, setup, and use of these solutions unless stated otherwise.
4.1 Pricing
The cost for each service varies based on the project scope. All pricing will be detailed in the service agreement. Reconn Solutions reserves the right to request a deposit before work begins.
4.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property (IP) rights for work produced by Reconn Solutions remain with Reconn Solutions until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, IP rights will transfer to the client as per the agreement.
Reconn Solutions values client privacy and confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep any proprietary information shared during the project confidential unless required by law or permitted in writing by the other party.
7.1 Service Warranty
Reconn Solutions warrants that services will be provided with reasonable skill and care. We make no warranties, however, regarding the suitability of our services for a particular purpose.
7.2 Disclaimer
While we strive for accuracy, Reconn Solutions disclaims all liability for errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use or performance of our services. Clients are advised to back up all data regularly.
Reconn Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to our services. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
